Shouldering the mission bravely and holding high the banner of striving for progress, the whole company unites as one to sound the charge. On the morning of March 6, 2026, the 5th Session of the 3rd Workers’ Congress and Trade Union Members’ Congress & 2026 Working Conference of Yushu Yeshili Reflective Material Co., Ltd. was solemnly held in the meeting room on the third floor of the company. The meeting conveyed and implemented the spirit of the 2026 “Three Meetings” of Yimei Company, comprehensively summarized the work of Yushu Yeshili Reflective Material Co., Ltd. in 2025, and scientifically arranged and deployed the work objectives and key tasks for 2026.

At 8:30 a.m., the conference opened solemnly amid the majestic sound of the National Anthem. The meeting was presided over by Wang Xinyi, Deputy General Manager of the Company.

First, Huang Zhou, Deputy General Manager, conveyed and implemented the spirit of the 2026 "Three Meetings" of Yimei Group.

The conference heard the 2026 Administrative Work Report delivered by General Manager Wang Hongfeng on behalf of Yeshili Company, titled "Taking Action as the Priority, Being Down-to-Earth, Shouldering Responsibilities, Achieving Good Results, and Striving to Create a New Situation in the Innovative Development of Yeshili Company".

The report comprehensively summarized and reviewed the work of Yushu Yeshili Reflective Material Co., Ltd. in 2025, and fully affirmed the diligent efforts and achievements made by all cadres and staff. It objectively and realistically analyzed the internal and external situations faced by the company as well as the existing problems. It made overall arrangements for the work in 2026 and pointed out the way forward for the scientific and sustainable development of Yushu Yeshili Reflective Material Co., Ltd. in the new year.

The Overall Work Guideline of Yushu Yeshili Company for 2026 is as follows:Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, we will thoroughly implement the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, all its plenary sessions, the Central Economic Work Conference, the (Expanded) Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of China Pingmei Shenma Holding Group Co., Ltd., and the 2026 Annual Work Conference of Henan Energy Group Co., Ltd.

We will earnestly carry out the work deployment of the 3rd Plenary Session of the 2nd Committee of the Party Committee of Yimei Company (Yima Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd.). We will fully, accurately and comprehensively apply the new development philosophy, adhere to the principle of seeking progress while maintaining stability, improving quality and increasing efficiency. With the theme of "Year of Continuous Deepening of Management Enhancement", we will go all out to prioritize safety, boost efficiency and promote development. We will strengthen our confidence, work hard with a pragmatic attitude, and continuously compose a new chapter in the high-quality development of Yeshili Company!

The administrative report focused on deploying work in four key areas for 2026:

First, strengthen leadership under Party building and consolidate the bottom line for safe development;

Second, focus on strengthening foundations through quality and build competitive advantages in product quality;

Third, empower development through Party building, tackle key problems in R&D, innovation and upgrading;

Fourth, deepen leadership under Party building and expand market development space.

Li Jinjun, Chairman of the Company Trade Union, delivered the Trade Union Work Report entitled "Overcoming Difficulties and Shouldering Heavy Responsibilities, Improving Quality and Efficiency to Make New Achievements, and Striving Unitedly for the Healthy and Sustainable Development of Yushu Yeshili".

The report reviewed and summarized the work of the trade union in 2025, clarified the guiding ideology for the trade union work in 2026, and arranged and deployed the key work of the trade union.

The general guideline for the trade union work in 2026 is as follows:

Earnestly implement the work arrangements of the 3rd Plenary Session of the 2nd Party Committee of Yimei Company, closely focus on the central task of the company’s reform and innovation, fully build a new "12345" work pattern, unite and lead the staff to strengthen confidence and rise to challenges, so as to demonstrate the responsibility of the trade union and contribute its strength to striving for a new situation in the reform, innovation and development of the company.

2026 Administrative Work Report, 2026 Trade Union Work Report, Safety and Environmental Protection Work Report, Report on the Revenue and Expenditure of Trade Union Funds, Report on the Examination of Trade Union Funds, Report on the Investment in Employee Welfare in 2025, 2025 Financial Final Accounts and 2026 Financial Budget Report, and 2026 Salary Management Measures of Yushu Yeshili Company.
